Book the Christmas bus while December is still open
Weekends go first
The first three weekends of December are the ones coordinators lose. Send the date now.
Family or office
A family night and a company party quote the same way. The passenger count picks the bus.
The driver stays
You are not sending people home in separate cars after the party. The return is part of the booking.
Company invoice
Offices can put the company on the agreement. Ask for net-30 if accounts payable is paying.
Hours you can explain
The quote shows the block. Add a stop only if you want those hours in the total.

A Christmas party bus is one group, one night, one way home
A Christmas party bus rental is a chauffeured party bus, sprinter, or coach reserved for one group on a December night. The usual shape is simple. Everyone meets at a house or the office, the bus takes the group to dinner or the party, and the same driver brings them home. Unlimited Charters quotes that trip nationwide for families, friend groups, and offices.
One vehicle, one leave time, and a return that was written down before the first toast. This page is the evening party. A market or a light display is a daytime charter with its own page. If the plan is "party at 7," stay here. If the plan is "market at 2," quote the daytime block. Both are open for December 2026.
Party night and market day are two bookings
Coordinators mix these up, then wonder why the quote looks wrong. An evening Christmas party is an hour block between two addresses. Pickup, venue, return. The bus is with your group the whole time. A light tour or a Christmas market is a daytime group charter. The coach drops the group at the venue, waits or returns for a stated pickup, and the hours match a visit, not a party.
You can do both in the same December. Quote them separately. "Friday, December 11, office to the restaurant, back by 11" is a party. "Saturday, December 12, hotel to the market, four hours on site" is a destination day.
Who this is for
- Families. Three households, dinner, and home. Nobody is the designated driver.
- Friend groups. A short list of houses, one leave time, then the same loop in reverse.
- A department that is paying personally. If accounts payable is paying or the venue wants a certificate, use the corporate holiday party page.
- A group going to a display. That is the daytime product. Use the destination page below.
Which vehicle matches the headcount
- About 10 to 14 passengers. An executive sprinter. Right for a family or a small friend group that wants to ride together without stepping up to a full party bus.
- About 14 to 22 passengers. A party bus. This is the most common Christmas-night size. Seating faces inward, there is a sound system, and the group can talk on the way to dinner. Cooler, ice, and onboard audio are part of a party-bus quote. Alcohol is not stocked. Party buses and limos are BYOB, 21 and over.
- About 30 passengers. A larger party bus or a mini-coach. Use this when partners are invited and the "just the department" list quietly became a full guest list.
- About 36 to 56 passengers. A mini-coach or motorcoach. This is the right tool when two families combine, or when an office is going as one group and a party-bus layout would be cramped. Front-facing seats, room for coats, and a lower cost per person.
Send the real count, including partners. A bus that is too small cannot be stretched the day of, and a size too large is the wrong invoice. If you are between sizes, say so. Fleet photos for the common classes: the 20-passenger party bus and the 30-passenger coach. The quote names the class you are reserving.
What a Friday in December actually looks like
Here is a clean office-or-family Christmas night that fits a normal hour block. The date in this example is Friday, December 11, 2026. Your clock times will differ. The shape is what matters.
- 5:15 p.m. The chauffeur is at the first address before the leave time. Coats, gifts, and the one person who is always last get a few minutes. The bus does not start the route early and leave someone.
- 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. One or two more pickups, if you listed them, in an order that does not cross the city twice. Three tight stops in one neighborhood work. Eight stops across two counties do not.
- 6:15 p.m. Arrival at dinner or the party venue. The driver has the return time from the quote. You are not renegotiating the night in the lobby.
- 6:15 to 10:15 p.m. The group is inside. On a party-bus booking the vehicle can stay with the trip. On a coach booked as a drop-and-return, the quote says when the coach comes back. Those are different hours. Pick one when you request the price.
- 10:30 p.m. Board for home. Drop-offs run in reverse, or in the order that gets the earliest-morning people home first. You choose that order in advance.
- 11:15 p.m. Last door. The block you booked covers this. Another hour is a request before the end time, not a line the next morning.
A family dinner is the same shape with fewer stops. A show after dinner adds a stop and adds hours. Put that stop in the request.
Multi-stop rules that keep December nights on time
Almost every Christmas booking has more than one address. The ones that run late share the same mistakes.
- Put a leave-by time on the first stop. "Sometime after 6" is not a plan. "Leave the first house at 5:40" is a plan the driver can keep.
- Keep the list short. Two or three pickups are normal. A dozen houses turns the first hour into the whole trip.
- Order the stops before you send them. We can sequence a short list. We cannot invent a route from "everyone lives around the city."
- Name a return time. An open-ended "whenever people are ready" becomes overtime. The quote is built on the end time you send.
The driver stays with the trip you booked. You are not reassembling the group with separate cars after dinner. That is the reason to reserve the size in October.
What to send so the quote is a real price
- City and date. If you have two dates in mind, send both. December weekends do not have the same availability.
- Passenger count, including partners and children who need a seat. Lap infants are not a seat. Teenagers are.
- First address and venue address. Add the extra stops in order.
- Leave time and the time you want to be home.
- Party night or market day. One sentence is enough.
- Anything the venue has already asked for, such as where the coach should stage.
Use the quote form on this page or call 855-943-1466. A person answers. Have the date and the headcount ready. If you are comparing this night with New Year's Eve, that is a second quote. December 31 is one night, and it prices like one night. The page for it is New Year's Eve party bus rental.
What the Christmas quote includes
Holiday planning range on our winter destination pages is $150 to $275 per hour, depending on vehicle size and duration, with a 4-hour minimum. The quote for your metro and your date is the price. A Tuesday family dinner in a smaller city sits in a different place than the first Saturday of December in a downtown market. We do not publish a flat "Christmas package" dollar amount, because the hours, the stops, and the city change the total.
What a quote from Unlimited Charters includes, the same way our pricing page describes it:
- The vehicle for the hours you book. Most trips have a 4-hour minimum.
- A licensed, drug-tested chauffeur.
- Fuel, and tolls along the confirmed route.
- The standard 18% gratuity, already in the total.
- Commercial insurance, typically in the $1.5 million to $5 million range carried on these vehicles.
- On a party bus: cooler, ice, audio, and LED lighting. Alcohol is not included.
Not included: venue or restaurant charges, a private venue's parking fee, and any tip above the standard gratuity. Same-week requests run higher than a booking made a month out. Saturday nights run higher than a Tuesday. The agreement names the deposit and when the balance is due.
December 2026 dates worth holding first
December 1, 2026 is a Tuesday. The nights coordinators lose are the ones everyone else wants at the same time.
- Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5. The first real party weekend. Offices that closed their date in October are already on the calendar.
- Friday, December 11 and Saturday, December 12. The busiest office-party weekend for groups that want the night done before the schools let out.
- Friday, December 18 and Saturday, December 19. The last comfortable weekend before Christmas week. Guest lists are final. Vehicle sizes are not.
- Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25. Family movements, church services, and airport-hotel connections. These are quieter party nights and busier family charters. Say which one you need.
- Saturday, December 26. The day-after gathering. Easier than Christmas Eve if your group can move the date.
- Thursday, December 31. New Year's Eve. Book it on its own page. Do not assume a Christmas-party hold covers midnight.
October and November are the months these weekends are still a choice. A request the week of the party limits you to whatever vehicle class is left in that city.
Christmas markets and light displays you can attach to the season
These destination pages are already live, with quote forms, for groups who want the daytime trip as well as the party. Each one is a group charter to that place. Open the city you mean and send the date from that page.
- Christmas Village in Baltimore for Inner Harbor groups leaving from Maryland hotels and neighborhoods.
- Philadelphia Christmas Village when the group is going to the market, not to a private party.
- Christmas Wonderland in Nashville for a daytime or evening display visit.
- Rockefeller Center when the tree and the plaza are the destination. Midtown timing needs a real arrival window.
- Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for the Christmas City visit.
- The National Christmas Tree in Washington for groups staying in the District or close-in Maryland and Virginia.
- Biltmore Christmas in Asheville when the estate is the day.
- Busch Gardens Christmas in Tampa for a Florida holiday day that is not a cold-weather light tour.
- Winter Festival of Lights in Ocean City, Maryland.
- Symphony of Lights in Columbia, Maryland.
- Longwood Gardens Christmas for the conservatory evening.
- Peddler's Village Christmas in Bucks County.
- The Miami boat parade when the group is watching from a planned stop, not driving a caravan down the causeway.
- Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport.
- Winterthur Yuletide in Delaware.
If your display is not on this list, the quote form still works. Send the venue name, the city, and the hours. An older URL, Christmas party travel, still resolves. Use this page for new party quotes.
How this night sits next to the rest of the holiday
Groups rarely have only one December plan. Keep the bookings separate so each invoice matches its night.
- Corporate holiday party transportation when the company is the customer, the venue wants a certificate, or accounts payable needs the invoice. Repeat company accounts can be billed net-30. Ask when you request the quote.
- New Year's Eve party bus for Thursday, December 31, 2026. Dinner, the party, midnight, and the ride home.
- Wedding transportation if a December wedding is sharing the same month as the company party. Guest shuttles and a holiday party are different run-of-show documents.
- Corporate transportation for the shuttles that are not a party at all: airport loops, off-sites, and client days in January after the holidays.
Hold the December night
Send the city, the date, the passenger count, and the two main addresses. The quote comes back with a vehicle class, the hours, and a total. Call 855-943-1466 or start with the form on this page. The first three weekends of December go to the groups who ask while the bus is still free.
The Christmas party works when the group moves together.
Pickup, dinner or the party, and a planned ride home. Family groups and offices use the same form. The vehicle changes with the headcount.
