Shuttle programs typically price as a flat monthly run-rate locked for 6-12 months, with KPIs for on-time performance, no-show rate, and driver consistency. Hourly minimum is typically 3-5 hours depending on vehicle class and metro. Day-rates kick in around 8 hours and almost always beat hourly for full-day work. Every quote includes:

Multi-day discounts apply automatically when the booking spans consecutive days. Add-ons priced separately: extra hours past your block, overnight driver lodging, and after-hours pickups (midnight–5am).

How to Book

1. Get an instant estimate. Pickup, drop-off, date, passenger count. Pricing pulls live from our nationwide vendor network.
2. Lock the booking with a deposit. Reservations confirm with a 50% non-refundable deposit; the balance is due 14 days before the trip, and trips 7 days out or less are paid in full at booking. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), cash, certified check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Bitcoin (BTC).
3. You'll get the driver's name, photo, and phone number 24 hours before pickup. Live trip tracking on request.
4. Ride. Day-of changes (added stops, route tweaks, mild extensions) handled by the driver on the spot.

Cancellation: the 50% deposit is non-refundable but transfers to a new date if you move the trip with at least 7 days' notice (the new date is good for up to one year), and cancellations within 30 days of the trip owe the full trip charge. We never charge for vendor-side cancellations or weather diversions.
