Hourly minimums are typically 3 hours for sedans/SUVs, 4 hours for minibuses in major metros, and 5 hours for full-size motor coaches and regional/rural service. Day-rates kick in around 8 hours and almost always beat hourly for full-day events. Every quote is all-in:

Procurement-ready terms. We issue clean Certificates of Insurance naming your company as additional insured. Recurring-shuttle pricing. Long-term shuttle programs are priced as a flat monthly run-rate locked for 6–12 months, with KPIs for on-time performance, no-show rate, and driver consistency.
