About Privacy Policy
Unlimited Charters LLC ("Unlimited Charters", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote, book a trip, or use any Unlimited Charters service, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain English instead of legalese.
Quick summary: When you ask us for a quote, we share your trip details with transportation operators in our network so they can give you their best price. You decide whether to share your contact info with them by ticking a consent box at submission. We do not sell your data to ad networks, social platforms, or unrelated marketers. We do not call or text you for marketing without explicit consent.
1. Who We Are
Unlimited Charters LLC operates a charter transportation marketplace at unlimitedcharters.com (and family domains including baltimoretrips.com, districtcharters.com, phillycharters.com, unlimitedchurchways.com, and usbustrips.com). We connect customers who need group transportation — party buses, charter buses, limos, sprinters, casino shuttles, weddings, prom transport, and more — with vetted licensed transportation operators across the United States.
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact info — name, email address, mobile phone
- Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, event date and time, passenger count, vehicle type preference, special requests, itinerary notes
- Booking and payment info — when you confirm a trip, billing details (cardholder name, billing zip). Card numbers themselves are sent directly to our payment processor (Fortis Payments) and tokenized; we don't store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — emails, SMS messages, and call recordings if you opt in to call recording for quality assurance
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps
- Cookies and similar tech — see Section 8 below
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address or pickup address you enter, used to match you with operators in your service area
2.3 Information from third parties
- Geocoding services — when you enter a pickup or drop-off address, we look it up via Google Maps and Radar.io to validate it and calculate distance/duration
- Payment processor — Fortis Payments returns transaction status and a tokenized card reference, never the full card number
3. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and deliver transportation quotes for your trip
- To dispatch your trip request to one or more vetted vendor operators in your service area (only when you've consented to share — see Section 4)
- To send you transactional emails and SMS related to your quote, booking, payment, and trip (confirmations, driver info, reminders, change notifications)
- To process payment and issue refunds where applicable
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities
- To improve our service — anonymized usage analytics, conversion measurement, page-load performance
We do not use your trip details or contact info for advertising on third-party platforms, profile-building, behavioral retargeting, or sale to data brokers unrelated to transportation.
4.1 With transportation operators (vendors) in our network
The core of our service: when you submit a quote request, we share your trip details with vendor operators in our network who serve your pickup area, so they can prepare a quote for you. This is the whole point of Unlimited Charters.
You consent to this sharing by ticking the authorization checkbox on the quote form before submitting. Without that consent, we cannot match you to a vendor — your only option would be to call us directly at 855.943.1466.
Vendor operators receive: your name, contact info, pickup and drop-off, event date/time, passengers, vehicle type, and any itinerary notes you provided. They use this information solely to prepare and deliver a quote for your trip. Vendors are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose, including marketing unrelated services to you.
4.2 Exclusive routing when you pick a specific vendor's vehicle
If you visit a vendor's dedicated SEO page on our site (a page promoting one specific vehicle from one specific operator) and submit your quote from that page, your trip request goes exclusively to that one operator. It is not shared with any other vendor in the network and not added to any broker feed. This protects both your relationship with the chosen vendor and the vendor's investment in their listing.
4.3 With transportation broker partners
Where you have consented to share your information with our partner network, we may also forward your trip request to one or more authorized transportation broker partners. Brokers are larger commercial transportation companies who operate fleets across multiple regions and may be able to quote your trip alongside our direct vendor network. The broker pool is intentionally small — capped at five active partners — to keep your inbox from being overwhelmed and to maintain the quality of the partners we work with.
You can decline to be shared with broker partners by leaving the partner-share consent checkbox unticked on the quote form. Choosing not to share will limit which operators can quote your trip but will not stop us from quoting it directly.
4.4 With our service providers
We share specific information with vendors who help us run the business, only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Fortis Payments — credit card processing, tokenization
- Cloudflare — content delivery network, bot protection
- Twilio — SMS and call infrastructure (transactional only)
- Google Maps Platform and Radar.io — address validation, distance/duration calculation
- Mailbaby and Exim — outbound email infrastructure
- InterServer — server hosting
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console — anonymized site usage and SEO performance
4.5 For legal reasons
We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process (subpoena, court order), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Unlimited Charters, our customers, vendors, or the public.
4.6 In a business transfer
If Unlimited Charters is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you and post a notice here before any change in ownership materially affects how your data is handled.
4.7 What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data to ad networks, social media platforms, or general-purpose data brokers.
- We do not share your data with companies outside transportation.
- We do not allow vendors or brokers who receive your quote request to retarget you, add you to mailing lists, or use your data for anything beyond quoting your specific trip.
5. Communications & SMS / Call Consent (TCPA)
Transactional messages. When you submit a quote request or book a trip, we send transactional messages by email (and SMS, if you've provided a mobile number) related to that specific quote or booking — quote receipt, vendor responses, confirmation, driver info, reminders, refund notifications. These are essential to providing the service you requested.
Marketing messages. We do not send marketing SMS or place automated marketing calls without your express prior written consent. Consent for marketing communications is separate from the consent to share your trip request with vendors. You can opt out of any marketing communication at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us at quotes@unlimitedcharters.com.
Standard rates. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to SMS we send you. Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 1-5 messages per booked trip).
For SMS-specific terms see our SMS Privacy Notice.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service, satisfy legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes:
- Quote requests that didn't convert to a booking — typically 24 months, then archived in a restricted-access historical store
- Booked trips — kept indefinitely for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes (typically 7+ years for IRS records)
- Payment records — kept per Fortis Payments and applicable PCI / IRS retention rules; we never store full card numbers
- Email and SMS transcripts — kept indefinitely as part of the customer's trip history
You can request earlier deletion in many cases — see Section 7.
7.1 Everyone
- Access — Ask us what personal info we have about you.
- Correction — Ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Deletion — Ask us to delete your info, subject to retention obligations (we may need to keep records of completed transactions).
- Opt out of partner sharing — Even if you previously consented, you can ask us to remove you from the partner-share pool for future requests by emailing quotes@unlimitedcharters.com.
- Opt out of marketing — Reply STOP to any SMS, click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email us.
To exercise any of these, email quotes@unlimitedcharters.com with the email or phone number you used. We respond within 30 days.
7.2 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and share
- Right to request deletion (subject to legal retention exceptions)
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — note that we do not engage in either of these
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive PI for purposes beyond providing our service
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights
To submit a CCPA request, email quotes@unlimitedcharters.com with subject line "California Privacy Request."
7.3 Other state privacy laws
If you live in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you generally have similar rights of access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of targeted advertising. We respond to verifiable requests under all applicable state laws — submit them to the same email above.
8. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
We use a small number of cookies and equivalent tech to make the site work and to understand how it's being used:
- Essential cookies — session login, fraud-protection tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile), shopping-cart-equivalent quote state. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
- Performance cookies — Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP, no cross-site tracking), LiteSpeed cache identifiers, page-load timing.
- Functional cookies — remember your most recent pickup city to pre-fill the next form, theme preferences.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social-network tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling cookies. You can clear or disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may break parts of the site that depend on session state (booking, login).
9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over arranging transportation for themselves, their families, or groups (which may include children). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we've inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please email quotes@unlimitedcharters.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards: TLS-encrypted connections (HTTPS) sitewide, password hashing with industry-standard algorithms, access controls limiting who can view customer data, audit logs, and tokenization of payment information through PCI-compliant providers. Despite our efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security; please report any suspected vulnerability to quotes@unlimitedcharters.com.
11. International Users
Unlimited Charters operates from the United States and serves the U.S. transportation market. Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the service evolves or laws change. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes (anything that meaningfully affects what we collect or who we share it with) will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days, and where required by law we'll notify you directly.
