How to Book

2. Lock the booking with a deposit. Most reservations confirm with a 25% deposit; balance due 7 days before pickup. Card on file, ACH, and corporate net-30 all work.
3. You'll get the driver's name, photo, and phone number 24 hours before pickup. Live trip tracking on request.
4. Ride. Day-of changes (added stops, route tweaks, mild extensions) handled by the driver on the spot.

Cancellation: full refund up to 14 days out, 50% up to 7 days out, deposit retained inside 7 days. We never charge for vendor-side cancellations or weather diversions.
