## The Miami GP is a transportation problem dressed up as a race
Hard Rock Stadium hosts 240,000+ attendees across the F1 Miami Grand Prix race weekend. The venue's car parking is limited, the surrounding roads close progressively from Thursday through Sunday, and Miami-Dade's rideshare supply gets cannibalized by every NetJets pilot, paddock-club guest, and corporate hospitality group trying to get to the same place at the same time.
We solve that for groups of 4 to 400.
### Race weekend service tiers we offer
**VIP / Paddock Club tier** — Stretch limousines, executive SUVs, and chauffeured Sprinter vans for suite holders, sponsors, talent, and media. Pre-stage at South Beach hotels (Setai, Faena, EDITION, Four Seasons), escort to the Paddock Club gates, driver waits curbside for return. NDA on file optional. Hot-standby vehicle for parties of 12+.
**Hospitality group tier** — Party buses and motorcoaches for corporate hospitality groups (15–55 passengers). Continuous Friday–Sunday service if needed. Branded windshield placards optional, full wraps available with 4-week lead.
**Race-day shuttle tier** — High-volume continuous shuttle programs from designated hotels to Hard Rock and back. Used by sponsor groups doing 100+ attendees across multiple hotels. Pre-built turn-by-turn route, dispatch radio on every vehicle.
**Airport transfer tier** — MIA and FLL pickup/drop-off for arriving teams, sponsors, and individual race-weekend guests. Flight tracking included. NetJets / private terminal transfers handled the same way.
## Why race week is different from a normal Miami weekend
Three race-week realities that catch first-timers off guard:
1. **Road closures cascade.** NW 199th St, NW 27th Ave, and surrounding access roads close progressively Thursday through Sunday. Routes that worked on Wednesday are blocked by Saturday morning. We update routing daily through race week.
2. **Hotel curbside is gridlocked.** South Beach and Brickell hotels see 8–14 large vehicles staged at any given time during race week. Coordinators on the property limit dwell time. We pre-coordinate with valet at the major hotels so our drivers aren't getting waved off.
3. **Race end is a single-direction surge.** 240,000 people leave Hard Rock in roughly 90 minutes. Sunday-night rideshare surge multipliers commonly hit 4–6x. Pre-staged group transportation means your group is in the vehicle and moving before the surge windows even open.
## When to book
Race-weekend vehicle inventory in Miami-Dade County books out 90–120 days ahead. The premium operators (the ones we use) take F1 contracts as early as October the prior year. Same-week booking is sometimes possible for sedans and SUVs; party buses and motorcoaches for race weekend are essentially never available inside 30 days.
Three booking windows we typically see:
- **8+ months out:** Best vehicle selection, best pricing. Corporate hospitality groups should book in this window.
- **3–6 months out:** Still good selection. Most VIP / paddock-club groups book here.
- **Inside 30 days:** Sedans + SUVs only. Larger group transport is usually sold out.
## Pricing — what to expect
Race-weekend pricing is materially higher than a standard Miami weekend. Local operators charge 1.5–2.5x normal rates for F1 because vehicles get pulled out of regular rotation and committed to the event. We pass that through transparently — no bait quotes, no "race-weekend surprise" fees on the invoice.
Typical price ranges (subject to vehicle availability):
| Service | Race weekend range |
|---|---|
| Airport sedan one-way (MIA/FLL ↔ hotel) | $135–$225 |
| Executive SUV one-way | $185–$295 |
| Stretch limo, 4-hour minimum | $850–$1,400 |
| 22-passenger party bus, race day | $1,800–$3,200 |
| 40-passenger motorcoach, full day | $2,800–$4,400 |
| 56-passenger motorcoach, full day | $3,400–$5,200 |
Quotes are itemized. Multi-vehicle / multi-day hospitality programs get tiered rates.

Hospitality group shuttles
Hard Rock parking is a punishment. Don't subject your group to it.
Race-weekend parking at Hard Rock Stadium is limited, expensive, and a 25-minute walk in the May humidity. Charter a coach or party bus and drop your hospitality group at the front gates. We re-stage at race end for the same return ride.
Stretch limousines, executive Sprinter vans, and luxury SUVs for paddock-club and suite-holder groups. Pre-stage at the South Beach hotels, escort to gate, drivers wait curbside for return. Driver phone, hot-standby vehicle, dispatch radio.
Wynwood, Miami Beach, Brickell — without Uber surge.
Race ends Sunday at 5, your group has dinner in Wynwood at 8, after-party in Miami Beach at 11. Party buses pre-staged at Hard Rock means you're not gambling on rideshare surge or splitting your group across four vehicles.
