How Unlimited Charters Grows Its Motorcoach Network

About This Post

Unlimited Charters grows its motorcoach capacity by adding vetted partner carriers, not by buying buses.

How Our Network Works

Unlimited Charters, operated by Stretch LLC, books group transportation and coordinates every trip. The motorcoaches, minibuses and other vehicles are owned and operated by DOT-licensed (FMCSA) partner carriers. When demand grows in a market, we add capacity by bringing more qualified carriers into the network.

That model lets us match each group with the right vehicle near its pickup point instead of sending one company's buses across the country.

How Partner Carriers Are Vetted

Before a carrier runs trips for our customers, we check its FMCSA operating authority and its insurance, and we expect professionally licensed drivers and DOT-inspected vehicles. We keep checking as trips run, and carriers that fall short come off the network.

Stretch LLC carries commercial auto liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), commercial general liability ($1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), a $3,000,000 umbrella, and workers' compensation (employer's liability $1,000,000). Certificate of insurance available on request.

What This Means for Your Trip

You get one quote, one agreement and one team to call, whichever partner carrier runs the trip. A 50% non-refundable deposit books the trip, the balance is due 14 days before the trip, and trips 7 days out or less are paid in full at booking. Gratuity is included in the price. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), cash, certified check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Bitcoin (BTC).

Need a date change? Give us at least 7 days' notice and the new date is good for up to one year; your deposit transfers to it.
