Growing Coverage, Not a Garage

Unlimited Charters, operated by Stretch LLC, doesn't own a bus fleet. We book and coordinate trips, and the vehicles are run by independent, DOT-licensed (FMCSA) partner carriers. Adding carriers is how we reach more cities and more vehicle types without asking customers to pay for long deadhead miles.

Customers have trusted Unlimited Charters with group trips since 2015.

What We Require From Carriers

Every partner carrier needs active FMCSA operating authority and commercial insurance, licensed drivers, and DOT-inspected vehicles. We confirm the details before a carrier is assigned to a trip.

Stretch LLC carries commercial auto liability ($1,000,000 combined single limit), commercial general liability ($1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate), a $3,000,000 umbrella, and workers' compensation (employer's liability $1,000,000). Certificate of insurance available on request.

Booking Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit books the trip, the balance is due 14 days before the trip, and trips 7 days out or less are paid in full at booking. Gratuity is included in the price. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), cash, certified check, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and Bitcoin (BTC).

Plans change? Move your trip to a new date with at least 7 days' notice; the new date is good for up to one year and your deposit transfers. Cancellations within 30 days of the trip owe the full trip charge.
