In short, we created a proprietary system for Passenger Transportation Affiliate Software that allows vendors to add their vehicle lists into our system. We specialize in businesses that own Party Buses, Limos, Motor Coaches, Stretch SUV's, Vans, School Buses and any other type of passenger transportation vehicles.
You may upload your own vehicle pictures and set your own radius, milage, fuel, gratuity and even special day rates.

Sign up is FREE and EASY. Click the link above or below and register as a new vendor. Add your main info and begin adding your entire vehicle fleet. Do not worry, Unlimited Charters will NEVER share or give away your personal info! All info you add is stored on secure and encrypted servers.Â

DOT and Insurance
Our only requirement is a valid DOT # and proof of insurance. We do require your insurance is up to date and it must comply with your state's law minimum. Please forward all proof of insurance certificates over to

Adding Vehicles
Once you add vehicles, you will show up within your radius area when a client requests a quote for that area. If they pick your vehicle, it will send you an email with the client's trip needs (basic trip info) and the pricing you set within the Vendor Portal. If you say yes to the email, it will send our contract out to the client automatically.Â

Once we get the signed contract from the client Â
We run their card for our portion, and our contract allows you to run a specified deposit and the remainder balance 7 days prior to their trip. If the trip is within 7 days, you may run the full amount of the trip.Â

What We Charge
As of now we charge NO monthly fees for our service, however,
this is subject change in the future.

How We Make Our Money

We add about a 20% - 25% fee to the base rate of the pricing you set in the backend of the system.
Sometimes it is more; depending on the circumstance of the specific trip. We have created hundreds of algorithums for
all types of scenarios and we are constantly updating them to adjust based on market fluctuations.Â
