Most couples come to us after realizing that stitching together a limo company for the couple, a shuttle company for the guests, and a party-bus vendor for the bridal party is three vendors, three deposits, three contracts, and three different phone numbers to call at 6 PM when someone is late. • We do NOT do package-photo scams. Some wedding transportation vendors show you a photo of a mint-condition luxury vehicle when you're booking, then send a beat-up 10-year-old bus with cracked leather on the wedding day. We confirm the actual vehicle with VIN, exterior color, and interior photos in your contract before you sign. If a different vehicle shows up, that's a contract breach — not a "sorry, our fleet's in the shop" text at 3 PM.
• We do NOT do fixed-package pricing that traps you. Some vendors sell a "wedding package" that's priced attractively upfront but locks you into a specific vehicle, a specific window, and a specific route — then charges premium fees the moment your ceremony runs long or you add a stop. Our pricing is itemized by hour, vehicle, and route. Plans change? We re-quote the delta. No penalty for real life.
• We coordinate multi-vehicle bookings on ONE contract. Guest shuttle, bridal party bus, grand-exit limo — not three separate vendor headaches with three separate contracts and three separate arrival-time windows. One dispatcher, one point of contact, one number to call day-of if anything moves.
• We do NOT do single-limo airport pickups for one couple. That's a limo service, not a wedding coordination service — and there are hundreds of local limo companies who do it better and cheaper than we would. • 40-passenger party bus: Perimeter seating, LED lighting, sound system. The bridal-party favorite — wedding party rides together to the venue, uses it between ceremony and reception for photos, some couples use it for the after-party ride to a downtown bar.
