Three main sizes, dozens of specialty options. The 40-passenger motorcoach works for small corporate roadshows and college recruit trips. The 49-passenger coach is the workhorse for weddings, tours, and mid-size corporate. The 56-passenger full-size coach is the industry standard — best price-per-seat, restroom on board, and the size most sports teams and conferences default to. What's included by default. Every coach charter comes with a DOT-licensed chauffeur, $5M commercial liability, underfloor luggage bays (up to 350 cu ft on the 56-pass), on-board restroom, forced-air climate control, PA system, and USB/AC outlets. WiFi is included on roughly 60% of our national fleet — request explicitly and we'll match you to a WiFi-equipped unit.
Corporate roadshows + conferences. We're on the approved-vendor list for a number of Fortune 500 travel programs. For multi-city roadshows we can pre-position vehicles at each stop so the executive team doesn't wait. Invoicing on net-30 terms available with a signed MSA.
Long-distance and multi-day. DOT hours-of-service caps a single driver at 10 hours behind the wheel, so any trip over 500 miles or two consecutive days needs a second driver (runs about $350/day extra). We handle the driver logistics, hotel, and per-diem — the invoice reads as a single line item.
